Views: 13,118 立法院民主議政園區（原霧峰省議會）在議事堂前圓環有一座前總統蔣介石銅像，因是威權象徵，促轉會依據「促進轉型正義條例」發文請立法院移除，經立院提出拆遷計畫並經台中市政府文資審議委員會審議通過，這座設立四十六年的銅像已在今年五月三十日從基座拆除，隔天送交桃園市風景管理處，由該處協助後續陳設的相關事宜。
