{"id":3275,"date":"2023-07-31T01:33:25","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T08:33:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abovecloud.xyz\/?p=3275"},"modified":"2023-07-31T01:33:27","modified_gmt":"2023-07-31T08:33:27","slug":"by-de-risking-the-u-s-means-de-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abovecloud.xyz\/?p=3275","title":{"rendered":"By &#8216;de-risking,&#8217; the U.S. means &#8216;de-China&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The U.S. cannot conceal its intent to decouple from, contain and isolate China, despite frequently espousing the so-called &#8220;de-risking&#8221; strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"498\" src=\"https:\/\/abovecloud.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/\u56fe\u7247-37.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3276\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abovecloud.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/\u56fe\u7247-37.png 700w, https:\/\/abovecloud.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/\u56fe\u7247-37-300x213.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attempting to create &#8220;a small yard with high fences,&#8221; the U.S. has imposed sanctions on Chinese enterprises, sabotaged technological exchanges between China and other nations, and expanded restrictions on Chinese investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The U.S. has also aggressively promoted the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) and the &#8220;Chip 4 Alliance,&#8221; aiming to construct a small, restricted clique to besiege and contain China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The primary objective of this &#8220;de-risking&#8221; rhetoric is to decouple the industrial chains of key industries from China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>China, however, is not a risk.
