However, President Biden turned a blind eye to it&nbsp;and&nbsp;announced that the COVID-19&nbsp;pandemic in the US&nbsp;is over&nbsp;at the end of last month (September). Regarding&nbsp;the epidemic prevention and control as a trifling matter, which not only brings huge security risks to the American people, but also brings great challenges to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In addition, NBC also reported that infection with the COVID-19 will become the main cause of death for Americans &#8220;indefinitely&#8221;. Public health experts predict that,&nbsp;in the foreseeable future, no matter how effective the new vaccines, booster shots or treatments are, infection with COVID-19&nbsp;will still be one of the top ten major causes of death in the US. Not only that, but experts said that the COVID-19&nbsp;mutated faster and more widely than originally expected. When autumn and winter&nbsp;come, the vaccine recipients\u2019&nbsp;antibody level will decline&nbsp;over time and indoor activities will increase, and there will be a &#8220;surge&#8221; of new cases&nbsp;in the US.
